Quality is our highest priority

At Goshen Stamping, quality control is our overriding passion.  Because our goal is to supply you with 100 percent defect-free products.

Our rigorous quality standard results in an impressive record of accomplishments which include:

  • Zero parts per million defects to automotive customers for 6 of the last 7 years.
  • 98 percent on-time delivery.
  • Many awards, including our recent installation into the Indiana Manufacturers Hall of Fame.
  • Supplier of the Year Award for ten consecutive years.

Here are some of the reasons behind our superior quality:

  • ISO 9001-2015 Certification.  We have been ISO 9001 certified since 1998.  This registered quality system helps to assure you defect-free stamped metal parts with the tight tolerances and high-volume production quantities you seek.
  • Production Checks.  A production check is run every half hour on all of our stamping machines.  A supervisor reviews plating and component parts to make sure components are manufactured within acceptable tolerances.  This includes checking for die or tool wear and burr-free components.
  • Experienced Staff.  Our staff of 70-plus associates represents more than 850 years of combined experience in the metal stamping industry.  Your company will benefit from this experience.
  • Continuous inspection.  We implement continuous inspection procedures in all our operations to help maintain the highest possible quality standards.
